Dr. Green & Urribarri LLC

This office is the worst and has been the most stressful part of my first pregnancy. Instead of making it magical and about my baby they have been completely incompetent and rude. I have been rushed out of the office without being able to ask questions, the office has marred my arm because their lab did not know how to draw blood. The following are specifics from each visit that has been a circus:
The first appointment I scheduled to find out if I was pregnant they didn't see me nor did they tell me over the phone when I called to confirm so when I got there they said there was no point in seeing me since I wasn't confirmed as an OB patient. I asked about prenatals and who I could speak to about questions and the lady from the front gave me a sample (which I later came to find out was an iron supplement not a prenatal vitamin) and told me to go home and they would call me.

I didn't do an intake that day because she told me they would call me in 24 hours. So when I called the next day like "hey am I not good enough or something" the lady was like "oh you never did an intake so we didn't register you"
So I did the intake over the phone and scheduled my first appointment which they wouldn't make with Schee because I had met her already.
Appointment two: I saw Marin Rands she apologized for everything and was the one who told me they hadn't given me prenatals... She was rude and rushed though and the lady over the phone had me marked as 12 weeks (I was only 8 weeks) and the doctor took it out on me.. I had to go to the ultrasound facility and beg them to see me for my first ultrasound since the office didn't properly schedule it and I was rushed out of there before being able to ask any questions

It also took 2 weeks for her to get me a script for prenatals so from week 4-10 I had no proper supplements.
They also got my babies measurement wrong and gave me the wrong delivery date.

My next appointment the nurse was very accusatory saying I didn't call my insurance when I should have but I was never provided the paper with the codes I needed and I am super OCD about this because I am a very A type personality and have a folder of everything I have received and I never got it but she was like "why didn't you... you should have.." just incredibly rude. The gave me the information I should have received my first visit and attempted to draw blood again, the lab teh did not know which tubes to use and took 20min trying to figure it out. I stated I was uncomfortable having her draw my blood because of the difficulties they had last time and the woman stated "well I haven't tried yet, so I'm going to do it first", needless to stay she missed but she decided to spend time pulling the needle in and out and wiggling it then finally saying "oh I guess I need to get someone else". At that point I broke down completely frustrated and cried. They took me to speak with the practice head Dr. Green and she offered to refund all that I have paid the office once I find a new OB. When it came down to keeping her word I have had nothing but issues and she has sent some rude text messages which I have transcripts of such as "Sorry you cannot get out of paying for your obstetrical care. Sorry those are not our rules it insurance" and they are now giving trouble.
