He sold me the car under pretensesTold me the vehicle did not have any mechanical issues and was good to goHe told me the ticking was the exhaust from it being an older carI have no family or many friends that would come look at the car with me and when asked about having someone check
it out he said he had a mechanic who was there I could speak with whom didn’t show up until afterHe picked me up in the car kept the radio up and didn’t let me drive but maybe minutes and rushed up to his car lot which I had no clue it was a car lot until we arrived

He didn’t give me a copy of anything else. There was two other papers he had me sign but told me all I needed was the bill of sale and he’d call me when the tag and title came in.
