 I strongly felt that, no matter if I agreed to have my car fixed at his shop, I should be given receipt of parts that were fixed and costs because I paid a hefty price for it. What if I paid for something that was not really fixed? Considering my car still has these rough noises? I have brought the car to a Mazda dealership, considering I am deaf and they agreed with me that the car produces those rough noises. Also they demanded Nor-Bay to fix the issue which they ignored. I have proofs. The part the business mentioned my car to be towed to his shop was false. I first suggested Peps Boys but was convinced by THEIR OWN triple A driver that he could have it fixed for me. So, I agreed because I wanted it fixed quicker so I can go back home (NJ). From reading other reviews on their google review it's almost similar to how they tricked their customers. This Triple A truck driver is like the "hunter" and brings home the "treasure". I feel this needs to stop and let customers decide for themselves, not convincing them.If there's no way I can get refund, I would gladly accept taking it back and have them fix the issues at NO COST. I have spent almost $2,000 and were not able to enjoy my holidays just because of this.I really hope the situation gets resolved ASAP because I am open to all options. Thank you.
