D&R Handyman

[redacted] of D & R Handyman advertised in the local newspaper as a handyman. We asked him to come over and provide us an estimate to replace three storm windows. He came, provided the estimate, and we signed a contract. We gave him a check for $600 in advance to purchase the windows. And then nothing happened for over three months. He has not returned our phone calls, despite repeated attempts. He has cashed our check. We have asked for our money back and he has not complied.
