Review: The people working in the front office area of this doctors office are appaling, unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I was told by the medical receptionist that I "needed to find another Doctor." How dare someone, that has no room,to tell me whether or not I should stick with my doctor! And the fact that the office had other patients within an earshot to our conversation was just unprofessional and uncalled for. Does this doctor know that this employee are pushing his business out the door? It is not the Doctor I have problems with, it is his staff, but seeing as how he has hired these recptionists and continues to promote their incompetence as servicd employees, the problem I have with his office staff is spreading out towards him. Never in my life have I ever felt to unwelcomed, disrespected, and challanged as a patient. My personal thoughts and feelings on how my medical care should be governed is for the doctor of my choosing and myself to discuss behind closed doors, not out in the open lobby where others can hear my personal medical history and decisions. I will be finding another doctor today. This office will no longer have my business.Desired Settlement: I want them all trained on how to be discrete, and how to properly offer customer assistance to their patients. They need a lesson on what makes a good business function and flow. In my opinions, it is based off your customers. They deserve a slap on the wrist and some sort of bad customer service fine.

I have instituted a class and training for my employees on proper response and communication with patients. I have given my employees tools on how to deal with stressful situations.
