I have been researching Orthodontists and comparing prices for braces for my 14-year-old daughter. Dr. [redacted] was one of the Dr.'s who had FULL photos and impressions of my daughter's teeth for several months. I was ready to go to another Ortho who quoted me a cheaper price and let her office know. Her office, then called me back and said they would meet the same price so I went with her. Several weeks pass by and I'm asked to come to the office for a before-braces-consultation. This Doctor, not only refused to honor the price she quoted me, but didn't even have the common decency to tell me herself...she had her receptionist tell me, that after looking at my daughters photos, she couldn't do the work for the quoted price of $3,200...but will charge me $3,900 instead. She could have told me this on the phone rather than my having to take off 15 minutes early off of work, to drive to her office. I find what she did absolutely DESPICABLE. As I said before, she had all of the photos and impressions for several months so she was WELL AWARE of the severity of my daughter's case and yet chose to waste my time. Had we gone to the original dentist who quoted me, my daughter would have had her braces on already. BUYER BEWARE. This Dentist is a piece of work who does not honor her quotes. Never in my life, have I ever dealt with such a shameful business practice. EVER.
