Dr Herbert Percival

Review: I am a patient with this Dr's office, on 10-20-14 I was seen by this Dr for a fractured ankle. The Dr's diagnosis was fine. We are having an extremely difficult time with this Dr's staff. We have contacted Gina (Dr Percival's asst) several times, was assured the matter would get resolved but nothing ever got done. We have called, emailed, all since 10-21-14 and to date our forms have not been completed so that we can get compensated for our SDI claim. My wife took off 2 weeks to take car of me and has her claim pending since 10-21-14. I emailed another contact on 11/3/14 at this office Lisa, where I told her that we had to pull money out of our savings and that we desparately need our SDI completed so we can get caught up. To date we just checked online and NOTHING has been done.Although Dr Percival does show care for his patients, his staff are so unprofessional, in terms of healthcare they just made this whole experience very stressful, both health wise and financially.WE have tried by via phone, email, my wife even sat for an hour and waited for Gina to fill out the papers where we found out she did not complete all of them.Desired Settlement: We just want our SDI papers completed, so that we can get our compensation from our claim.
