During installation it was discovered that some of my purchased tile did not match exactly and rather then not informing me and having a not perfect finish, [redacted] showed me the issue and we corrected the problem. My wife is an interior designer and prior to the start of the project his finishing solutions and seam alignments etc. were in line with how it should be done with the highest level of design.
