[redacted] On May 14, I placed a call to DrHook to schedule a tow of my car from my residence to a place to have the starter fixed I told them where to get the money I left and the keys to the vehicle I specifically asked if they could leave the keys under the floor mat and they said that was fine The driver ended up finding the money I left no problem with that $for the tow and he found the keys no problem but when he dropped the vehicle off where I asked for it to be towed he dropped the keys in a locked key box because "this was their standard practice" and they would "never just leave keys under a mat" Complete lie The tow truck driver broke off my key fob so instead of owning it he dropped my single key in a locked box that was not accessible until Monday morning When I went to DrHook on the Monday morning because I had to take the day off work and deal with the mess they created, [redacted] I will make sure anybody who ever asks who to call NEVER CALL DRHOOK
My concern is regarding the service I have received from Aspen Dental My last appointment was scheduled for 4:PM August 24th and I arrived for the appointment a little early (did not wait in waiting room) I was immediately taken to procedure room at 3:PM and at 5:PM and still no service so I got up and left because I had just had enough I spoke to the Manager and requested a refund for service not received as of that date (8-24) and I requested a list of original items I was to receive (2nd request) and list has not been received as of this date 9-3- As of this date I have no idea as to what was completed and/or left undone This is what I do know - top teeth extracted and temporary denture and several lower teeth extracted replaced with temporary partial

On December 8, I entered into a treatment plan with Aspen Dental The treatment plan included the extraction of teeth, temporary partials and then permanent partials would be obtained To this day I have not received any partials temporary or permanent I have had numerous appointments and numerous impressions made and bite registrations made and still have no partials I have seen different dentists, the lab technician and still no partials I have talked to the office manager and have requested to talk to the Regional Manager but she has failed to contact me regarding my partials They extracted the teeth but cannot seem to deliver the partials and cannot tell me what the problem is regarding the teeth I have been without teeth since December
