This car is yrs old, winters, falls, springs, summers, construction years, I have the incident on camera and she was screaming at my customers and her friend pulled her back She spent $and wants $ Sorry, but we are not responsible for wear and tear

[redacted] The age of the vehicle should have no impact, the fact remains my car went through this car wash intact and came out damaged. If the owner wants to claim its due to wear and tear of living in buffalo and age of car then he should post a disclaimer warning customers, the paint may be removed off their car due to "Buffalo conditions ". I was delighted to hear the owner has all of this on video, this means his behavior is also on film, pounding his hands on my car and shouting at me.  I found him to be Very unprofessional.  Again if his claim is ...... this happens due to buffalo conditions he should be required to post this warning in a visible area for all  customers to see prior to going through his car wash.
