The patient complaint is due to an unfortunate typo error. When entering the patients treatment into his account, the account numbers were transposed. [redacted]'s account number is [redacted]....
The actual patient who had the treatment has an account number of [redacted] This has all been corrected and the patient's insurance carrier will be refunded the $29.40 it paid to my office. The patient was already credited the amount billed to him in error. Dr. Jay F[redacted]

Review: I made an appointment for a FREE CONSULTATION for the date of 4/**/2015. On the visit I was in the waiting room for 2hrs and counting other patient were also complaining. I was not able to stay due to bein diabetic I wasn't prepared to be at a dental office over 3HRS.they charged my union benefit for Bitewing x-ray, Panoramic x-ray , comprehensive oral exam ........ I NEVER DID ANY . They have no file on me. No x-ray at all. I called 3 times with no resolve. My local union only pays 2000 for my yearly dental. Now I have the amounts charged taken from my benefit amount and they send me another bill for a co pay. ACCOUNT # [redacted] STATEMENT [redacted]Desired Settlement: THEY TOOK MONEY FROM MY YEARLY BENEFIT. I WOULD LIKE IT RETURN. STOP SENDING ME THE CO PAY BILL . I HAD NO SERVICE.
