Review: I had been seeing [redacted] for quite a long time, but I decided to change doctors. I went to the new doctor and I signed a release form for my medical records to be transfered. They have since sent two releases to her office. I have also gone to [redacted] office on my own. All they have sent to my new doctor in 9 pages of current visit. This is not my only file I was with [redacted] for over 13 years with some major medical issues! Because of these medical issues my new doctor needs my complete file. I have now been over a month trying to obtain this to no avail. I am having new issues and it is imperative that I get this file ASAP. I was hoping you could help in moving this issue along or direct me in the right direction.Desired Settlement: I would like my COMPLETE file sent to my new doctor ASAP
