Dr. Jen's Gentle Dentistry

The administrative staff regularly mishandled scheduling. I had to wait more than an hour on multiple visits because the patient before me had only been allotted 30 minutes for a 90-minute procedure. Once, a little boy and his dad were told that their appointment was cancelled because my own procedure was taking so long. They were told to leave and come back later. Furthermore, my husband and I were told that the administrative staff had confirmed our co-pay with the insurance company so we agreed to a procedure that cost us a couple hundred dollars out of pocket, only to be billed an additional $700+. Obviously, that was a very unpleasant experience. I will not recommend this dentist to anyone in the future.
