Dr. John C. Gengo, PLLC

I made an appointment on 21 June 2013 at Dr. Gengo's office they were very quick to get me into the office. The dentist proceeded to remove two cavities and refill my teeth. I called back after I was in excruciating pain, I was instructed to take OTC pain medication. Tuesday 25 June 2013 called back due to extreme pain and the receptionist told me Dr. Gengo would call me back. Three hours later I called the Dr. Gengo's office and I got no answer several times. I then called using a different phone number and the receptionist picked up and I talked to Dr. Gengo and he instructed me to use tylenol with ibuprofen to assist with my pain. I called again Friday 28 June 2013 and left a message because the office is now ignoring my phone calls. I received no phone call back from Dr. Gengo. Even though the pain persisted I had no desire to pursue a refund. Only after they received my out of pocket payment and continuously tried to write me off, ignore my phone calls, and refuse to call me back is when I feel as though I was cheated.
