I am writing to let you know that the complaint I filed against Northridge Automotive may have been
resolved The owner called me personally after he viewed a facebook post on their page and offered an apology He offered to either refund the original amount I paid or to replace the radio free of charge I chose to replace the radio and got it installed on Wednesday I plan to wait a few more days to make sure it is working and then the complaint can be resolved officially Is that ok?Thank You!

The vehicle may have had 2 problems, the speakers (which is a common problem with these vehicles) and a fualty radio. We have replaced the radio at no cost to [redacted] and everything is working now.
