Dr Joseph Maloney DDS and Dr Tuan D Pham

Review: My family used this dental service for several years. I was not comfortable with their services, from professional, hygenic, and accounting issues, and so moved to another dental service for myself and our children. My wife opted to remain with them because of long term ttreatment issues.

The professional and accounting issues have continued, and resulted in current problems.

Specific issues since 7/28/10. Haven't time to sort out issues earlier.

7/28/10 need to write off $60 per insurance agreement

11/22/10 need to write off $60 and acknowledge payment of $45 by insurance

11/22/10 or 4/4/11 acknowledge which tooth wa removed on which date teeth 30 and 31

3/12/12 incorrect data provided by dentist on several occassions, which resiulted in nonpayment. Eventually sorted out by [redacted] and paid by them on 1/24/13. now

write off $383, acknowledge $366.80 paid by [redacted].

I had questions on coding, as all major items seemed to be coded so as not to be covered by insurance, nor limited to cost caps from insurance. These were not accepted by [redacted], but as of this year, many of these claims are covered, but are not retroactively.

Rather than correct their errors, Maloney llc eventiually sent to collection agency, still with above errors. Most of the bill has been paid to maloney llc. Final payment that included most of above corrections not accepted by maloney llc, who seems to believe we should pay exhorbitant collection charges on bills with errors.Desired Settlement: Correct maloney llc accounting.
