please note that the mail from Revdex.com dated 08/**/was received on 08/**/the same day that *** *** came into our office, I was notified by the staff that she is in the office but because of language different the staff couldn't understand what she was sayingThe staff
informed me that she was on the phone with someone from Medicaid office by the name of ** ***, and they would be in the office on 08/**/at 3pm, he left his number for someone to call himOn 08/**approximately am, I called ** *** at ***, he informed me that ** *** is having a problem with the leg rest for the motorized wheelchair( which it was the first time unicare Medical was learning of this problem) I indicated to ** *** I wont be at the office at 3pm on 08/** however I can meet him at the patient house at 3pm that same dayI met ** ***, ** *** and her mom at there house on , Booklyn which they showed me the proble mI took pictures and Indicated I would speak to ATP who recommended that wheelchair for *** *** to see whats the best possible cost of actionI promised *** *** I would call him on 08/**/which I did and let him know we would pick up the wheelchair the following week so we can have the leg rest fixed or replacedon 08/**/the wheelchair was picked up and the leg rest was sent back to the manufactures for repairs or replacementwe are currently waiting on it to be returnedI personally find the complaint is valid but untrue because the wheelchair is not falling apartThere's a problem with the leg rest, As far as the dates goes it seems as though a complaint was launched at the Revdex.com before that matter was reported to our office
