On July 8th 2010 Dr [redacted] placed 6 temp. crowns with the understanding that the final permanent crowns that would be placed 2 weeks after that.
On June 11, 2010, I paid in full $4266.00 in advance for 6 porcelain crowns.
On July 13th I complained about other work done on 2 incisors teeth and they refused to finish the work and offered to refund 1/2 of the $4266.00.
