Dr. Kenneth J. Lynn D.D.S.

We have an out-of-pocket balance for services received from Dr. [redacted] and her staff from January. We already made two payments to her office in less than 60 days. It is the office policy, according to their contract, to allow up to 90 days to pay off a balance; therefore we would have until the end of April to pay it off. Brittany, the Office Manager, threatened collection several times today indicating I was refusing to pay even though they have documentation that we have been paying and I advised her we would continue to pay. This is not acceptable for her since continues to repeat to me that we have refused to pay which isn't true and continually threatens collections.She indicated they charge $100 to forward x-rays for two of our household members to a new dentist. I find this charge to be excessive. An itemized statement explaining the $100 fee should be provided for patients to see the reason for the explanation of this fee.
