Review: Hi I called Dr. [redacted] over the weekend and I told him them that I cracked my tooth the one there were going to to do a root canal on later on in the year and he said to make an appointment so he can check it. I DID WHEN I get there they say there doing the root canal and I like n were not and she they went ahead change the appointment to a root canal without telling me then they I cant leave the office until I paid the $100 cancelation fee the lady at the desk was very rude and she was making up lies about leaving me voice mails they nevered called me this is a scam to get money out of youDesired Settlement: I want my $100 dollars back !!!!!!!!!!!!

That is not true. ** has a history of canc appts. ** signed a consent form that states that if he does not give us 24 hrs notice we have the right to charge a canc fee, which if needed we can provide to you. ** came in on 4/7/2014 for an evaluation and was informed what his next appt. would be for and how long of a procedure (a root canal/post bu for 2 hours) He had appts on the following dates for the root canal 4/41/2014...5/14/2014...5/20/2014...Which he kept cancelling and re-sced. So on appt 7/3/2014 he actually came into the office and then told our front desk person that he couldn't stay the two hours for the procedure. Per the consent form we have that he signed she charged the pt $100 cancellation fee. We ALWAYS (it's our policy) call our pt's the day before the appt as a reminder of their appt and estimate portion that will be due at the appt for the procedure. He was refunded a refund back on 7/26/2014 of $104 for his evaluation that his insurance came in and paid for. Which he had also paid for on the evaluation appt. because per the insurance he had a frequency limitation and they thought he had met it at his general dentist, but he hadn't so we refunded the $104 back to pt. check #[redacted]. Per Dr. [redacted] and our policy and consent form we WILL NOT reverse the cancellation charge or refund him the $100 that he paid on 7/3/2014. He left us without a pt and with no way to fill his appt spot with such short notice.
