I am rejecting this response because:Dr***'s office did not provide any information to me telling me specifically that my insurance plan was not in networkI only made the original appointment after his office assured me that my insurance would cover
the new patient visitI was very clear that I did not want to be overcharged for services not coveredDr***'s office staff apparently did not contact my insurance carrier as they said they wouldHad they done so, they would have know what my carrier would and would not coverI did my due diligence by providing them all of the necessary informationI even brought my dental records from the dentist I had gone to months beforeThose records should also have given Dr*** and staff information regarding what services had already been performed in as some exams are needed/covered once a year His resolution is for me to donate $on his behalf so that he can take the donation off on his taxes? I do not understand how that resolves the matter in any way
