At United Disposal, we service many areas within the county that are on unpaved roadsIf the weather is wet and the roads are muddy, our drivers make a decision to service that particular area, or not On roads that are questionable, our drivers try to make as little impact as possible to please as many customers as we can We do have a record of this particular customer's concerns and we also have a record of our responses and actions to them This customer's complaint was that our trucks leave ruts in the roads on rainy days, which is common with most vehicles on dirt roads on wet and rainy days We contacted a neighbor of this customer for permission to pull into HER driveway to turn around as the complaint customer lives at the end of a sloping dirt road We obtained that permission from his neighbor and used her driveway The problem is that the customer approached our truck, hopped onto the truck and threatened violence against our driver with his fist in the window This was not the first confrontation with this customer threatening our driver We do not enter or drive on this customer's property, however, we do have permission to access the county roads to do our job The customer built in a flood zoneThis person could have just as easily created a berm to the steer the flow of water away from his property as many have done Flooding will be a problem for him whether or not we access the road We promptly contacted the Sheriff's Office concerning the person threatening violence We then took action to reimbursed the customer for unused services and retrieved our container There are other services available to this person, however, they will have just as big a truck as we do and just as big a problem turning around on his road in inclement weather We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who act in a violent way toward any of our employees

Their garbage truck driver flipped us off and told us to f off when we tried approaching him to ask about the situationThreatening violence?? We threatened to cancel our serviceUnited solved the problem by having the garbage man back down the road rather than disrupt our drainageThey couldn't do this before canceling our service? Furthermore I watched last week as the garbage man turned around on the other side of our property (property we own on the other sode of the wash) by BACKING OVER MY NO TRESPASSING SIGN AND FENCE on our property thereSo now I not only have fencing to replace but he better stop as I will be recording him from now on

At United Disposal, we service many areas within the county that are on unpaved roadsIf the weather is wet and the roads are muddy, our drivers make a decision to service that particular area, or not. On roads that are questionable, our drivers try to make as little impact as possible to
please as many customers as we can We do have a record of this particular customer's concerns and we also have a record of our responses and actions to them. This customer's complaint was that our trucks leave ruts in the roads on rainy days, which is common with most vehicles on dirt roads on wet and rainy days. We contacted a neighbor of this customer for permission to pull into HER driveway to turn around as the complaint customer lives at the end of a sloping dirt road We obtained that permission from his neighbor and used her driveway. The problem is that the customer approached our truck, hopped onto the truck and threatened violence against our driver with his fist in the window. This was not the first confrontation with this customer threatening our driver. We do not enter or drive on this customer's property, however, we do have permission to access the county roads to do our job. The customer built in a flood zoneThis person could have just as easily created a berm to the steer the flow of water away from his property as many have done. Flooding will be a problem for him whether or not we access the road. We promptly contacted the Sheriff's Office concerning the person threatening violence. We then took action to reimbursed the customer for unused services and retrieved our container. There are other services available to this person, however, they will have just as big a truck as we do and just as big a problem turning around on his road in inclement weather. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who act in a violent way toward any of our employees
