and her feelings.  She upon leaving my clinic room, grabbed me in the hall and hugged me, thanking me for listening to her.  I have been up front with her and called her to keep her informed of the upgrade and where it is currently and when I expect it back.  She seems pleased and did not mention asking for money back.
