This letter is in response to the complaint notice we received regarding *** *** ***As you will see this complaint is not valid and I request that you remove all record of this complaint from our company fileThe ***
& *** *** did sign a contract with us on 10/22/to finish their basementThey also signed credit application forms for financing the projectPlease see the attached contract formsIt is very clear that they did indeed sign a contract with us and are financing the projectThey wanted to make sure the basement was finished before ***'s Mom moved in with them.The next day I called and spoke with ***We scheduled the site inspection for 11/4.On 1/*** called, well after the legal day rescission period, called and said they want to cancel the contractAfter leaving messages for them I was able to schedule a meeting with them on 11/Ed G*** met with them, explained we do have a contract and what their options are including the customer default clause in our contractOn 1/Joe I*** spoke with them and agreed to hold the order and any legal proceedings until *** was back to work, They agreed that at that time we would proceed with the process of the projectOn 2/Ed G*** called and spoke with ***She told him that she was back to work, but they don’t want to proceed with the basementAt this point we have an open and valid contract with *** & *** *** and they are in default as they have not provided any payment what so ever and they have not cooperated in the financing processPlease remove any and all mention of this inappropriate complaint from our company recordIf you have any questions or need further information on this please call meI appreciate your help and cooperation in this matterSincerely,Rick Y

Ms. [redacted], I have reviewed the complaint referenced above and although we do not agree with all points expressed by our customer, we do agree we were at fault for some of the items expressed. Before receiving the complaint from your office we had already made arrangements and started resolving...

most of Mr. [redacted]’s complaints. We will be resolving the last couple items on their “punch list” within the next week. (Provided we can schedule a time that is amicable to Mr. [redacted].)
As a result of the damage to their furniture and in an effort to recover some good will we have offered a generous cash settlement which Mr. [redacted] has kindly accepted. I hope this will resolve the matter with the Revdex.com and that you will be able to close this case and record it as "resolved to the customer’s satisfaction". If I can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact me at the number provided below.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Mr. G[redacted] has personally contacted me and worked to assure that the noted items pertaining to the complaint are being actively remedied.  As of today, May 18, 2016, there is still some work to be done to complete the job, but it's relatively minor in scope and I have faith that it will be addressed in the very near future.  Thank you.
