I engaged Sagentic to develop and host a web site for my decorative metalworking business on 11/01/2016, and remitted payment of $1,to cover the web site development and one year of hosting services, including email, tech support, etc After several weeks of absolutely zero progress and multiple conflicting excuses from Sagentic, they apologized and offered to re-start the contractual start date at 1/1/ In late January, after they had missed established deadlines once again, I notified them that I wished to terminate the agreement and obtain a refund I also requested that they transfer any domain names obtained on behalf of my business back to my name They refused, stating that they had already completed the work (i.ethe web site design) Note that NO SUCH EVIDENCE of completed work, or even work in progress, was ever provided for my review prior to my notifying them of termination
