Regarding this complaint, the billing company sent the bill to the patient's insuranceIt was denied requesting medical records so we were unable to get paid until that was doneThe billing company then sent medical records, along with second claim because the first claim was deniedWe never falsely filed a claim times on those visits like it was claimed by the patientWe do have proof of thisI had told her that we were getting cleared up with the insurance company about the rejected claim and was unable to pay her until we received a payment for her procedures.As for the refund, I had talked to her on Friday, April 28th, and told her that I was in the office by myself and was not able to help her on that day and that I would look into her chart and then call her on Monday, On Monday, May 1st and Wednesday, May3rd, we did call the patientI called on Monday and was unable to reach herI was out of the office, Wednesday, May 3rd so I asked another Vietnamese employee to call her about her refund and to tell her because she paid by credit card then that would be same way we would pay her backOur office is busy, we do have the time to continue to call a patient every single day to reach themWe figured she would call us back regarding the refundWe were in disbelief when we received the letter from Revdex.comWe then called the patientThe first time we called numbers that were givened to us, but was unable to reach the patientWe then tried again to call there no answerShe then called us back and we told her about how the refund would have to go back into her credit card from which she initially use to pay the deductibleEven the amount, she had stated that we had owed her was incorrectShe will call us back to give us the credit card number so that we can refund her.We don't want this issue to give us a bad reputationWe see a good number of patients and have not had a problemWe would never let a few hundred dollars be the cause of having our office lose patientsAlso, the fact that the patient claimed we falsely billed the insurance company is wrongWe can lose our license for fraudelent insurance claims.I would like to know the name of the agent she talked to at her insurance company so that I can call and clarify what was saidIf there are any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact our officeThank you.Sincerely, [redacted]
