Review: On 02/**/14 at 11:46am I went to [redacted] Optometrist for my daughter's bebe glasses to complian that it hasn't been a year from the purchase and it broke twice already .They told me that the one year garanteed was only an exchange for one time only after that I would have to pay . So now I am stuck with a 300 dollar frame .Once I told them that I was gonna call the company directly to complian they denied to give me the reciept of the purhase, they said they couldn't because that belong to them . And it hits a year on 03/**/14 , it's very unfair that the guarantee is only once and now I'm left with a 300 frame plus the other costs of the glasses after paying so much it , might be that manufacter of the glasses aren't good but there only option is to buy new frame for it . And another when I called your ###-###-#### the person that picked up the phone at 12:14pm 02/**/14 was so rude . I asked the website and he gave to me by saying it and ended it by have a nice day and hang up without giving me the chance to ask other question . Totally "RUDE".Desired Settlement: Exchange my daughter's glasses for no cost after so much being change for .
