Dr. Lyndon D. Taylor, M.D.

I contacted the officer in November regarding bills I received from both them and LabCorp and was told that they input the incorrect insurance information, and they would rectify. I continued to receive bills and called the office again. I was told by Sonya that I need to contact Labworks with my corrected information. I explained that I was not the cause of the error, so they should contact them with the corrected information. Sonya constantly antagonized me. First, she would ask questions, then would talk over me when I attempted to reply. Next, after, I attempted answering her question, she said "did you even hear what I just said?". After I told her that I didn't even know what she said because I was answering her question, she told me that I needed a course in speaking "like a business person". I have never felt so disrespectful! She was very condescending to me. First, I have am a professional, with more than 10 years experience. So where does she come off insulting me? I feel like she was attempting to provoke me. When I responded to her rude question, she immediately put me on hold. I think I caught her on a very bad day, or maybe she's rude everyday. I don't know what the problem was, but I seriously doubt that I will return here. I've been going to this doctor's office for about 7 years now. After the horrible customer service, especially from Sonya, I seriously doubt I will be back.
