Review: Dr. O'Reilly broke an appointment with our daughter and instructed the receptionist at the orthodontist's office to just give her retainers without a fitting. When the retainers did not fit, we called and asked for a refund. Dr. O'Reilly refused to refund the full price. As Lili is in [redacted], now, Dr. O'Reilly asked for the retainers to be shipped back to her for the refund. We shipped the retainers back and have a USPS confirmed delivery tracking number. Dr. O'Reilly refuses to refund the full cost of the retainers, still.Desired Settlement: We would like the full amount of the retianers including Dr. O'Reilly's fee and the lab's fee to be refunded to our daughter, please.
