(See file for original document.) I RECEIVED YOUR LETTER TODAY.  EVERYTHING IN THE LETTER IS FALSE.  DOWN RIGHT LIES.  HE DID NOT CALL ME OR COME TO MY HOUSEHE DID NOT COME OUT AND CLEAN MY GUTTERSEVERYTHING IN THIS LETTER IS FALSE, ALL LIESWE GOT A YOUNG MAN'S NUMBER OUT OF THE CUYAHOGA FALLS PRESS, TO PUT IN A NEW DRIVEWAY & SIDEWALK.  HE ALSO DOES GUTTER WORK.HE WENT ON THE ROOF TO LOOK AT MY PROBLEM AND TOLD ME THAT THE GUTTERS HAD TO COME OFF AND INSTALL A NEW FACIAL BOARD.  AND THAT MADE MORE OPENING GOING INTO THE GUTTERS.THE PROBLEM, JUSTIN AND I AGREED ON, BUT JUSTIN SAID I NEEDED 6" GUTTERSWE PAID JUSTIN 1500.00 CASH FOR THE JOB, AND AT 81 I'M A LITTLE FORGETFUL AND DIDN'T GET A RECEIPT AND HE DIDN'T OFFER ONE.  (AN THATS MY FAULT)WE PAID 362.00 FOR LUMBER & LABOR AND TO INSTALL THE SAME LEAF GUARDS THAT I HAD ON THE HOUSE FOR FOURTEEN YEARS.FOR JUSTINE TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM IS TO RETURN 362.00 TO US.  AT THIS MOMENT WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.  HIS WORD IS NO GOOD
