Review: On several times our family was given a price paid that price and than billed for additional amounts. When I questioned the additional cost it was always blamed on my ins co. I've worked in the medical field for 20 plus years and know with dental ins the price is clearly listed, so at that point I questioned the staff due to the fact that either they entered my ins incorrectly or were looking at a different ins plan (neither is my fault or should I be responsible for). The dentist also left a spacer in my husbands mouth which could have caused serious issues if he had not returned due to the pain, he also had a procedure done which required antibiotics which he was not given until I called to inquire. The dentist also did a special cleaning on my son stating he needed it to remove residue leftover from when is braces were removed. After returning to the orthodontist I was told the dentist knew better and should have referred my son back to him since he would have done the cleaning for free. Three different times fluoride treatments were done on my husband without asking knowing dental ins does not pay for adult fluoride treatments. I called every time and asked if any adjustments could be done since I was given incorrect pricing and procedures were done without asking or informing of additional cost and each and every time I was told no. The last bill I received has been unable to be resolve due to the fact that I don't fell I should have to pay the balance since I was given an incorrect amount again plus I have documentation from the ins co showing the balance is wrong and now the office has sent my husband to collections.Desired Settlement: Would be willing to meet the office in the middle and pay half as I offered several times due to the fact that the blame lays on the office staff and the bill taken out of collection status.
