I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference I took pictures of documents concerning my complaint, the referral from my healthcare provider to DrBlum, the two documents he obscured from full view and said they were authorization forms, the letter demanding payment, a statement showing a balance and a payment, the cashed check he had my wife give him before he would operate, and a medical records release form I printed out and filled out authorizing him to release my records to my insurance planDrBlum made no mention of his business inside his business on the day of the surgery or in his response though the Revdex.com or the money he demanded that I am requesting refundedI can provide the name and phone number to the person handling this claim though my insurance plan that has not received my medical records they were requesting so they can complete this process
