IM TRYING HARD TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM. AFTER USING DR. MIRCLE HOT GROWTH TWICE IM ALMOST COMPLETELY BALD! IVE POST ON ALL MY FB PAGES WHAT THIS HAIR GREASE HAS DONE TO MY HAIR URGENING PEOPLE WHAT HAS HAPPEN TO ME. IM A LAUGHING STOCK NOW. IM LOOKING FOR A LAWYER COS AFTER 55 YEAR ALL MY NATURE LONG HAIR IS GONE. AND THEY WONT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE! IJS HOW CAN I EVEN GIVE A RATING!

Review: I use dr.miracle perm and it took my hair out on the top and sides, I am bald. I contacted them of last year they send me a survey I talk with [redacted] she is the admin. She ask to send survey back and they send me coconut shampoo and conditioner but I am so afraid to use due to last time. She kept telling me that I was gone receive a letter in the mail after I send in all information they ask of so I send in pictures and every thing they ask but then she said she knew anymore so she appointed ** to her supervisor [redacted] contact me one day and said the same thing but she always call on private never showing her number, I continuously tried to stay in contact with them but majority of the time I get no answer. [redacted] call back one day and sAid gave my information to one of their [redacted] and that has been months ago I ask her do she know how long it will take because she said I'm suppose to receive as letter in the mail but it's has been months and [redacted] always say when I do talk with her that she didn't expect for it to be going on this long but no one has an answer and no one is answering the phone now it just saying everytime I call that all circuit are business I been trying to contact this company but I get no answerDesired Settlement: They ask me what I want my settlement to be and I ask for 1 million dollars but at least they could try to comprise with me but I hear nothing from them

Review: I have filled a complaint with Dr. Miracle's in regarding my hair lost after using their anti breakage strengthening cream back in June 2015. They sent me a complaint package in which I filled out and return back to them. I contract the company to get the email address to where I need to send my proof of purchase and pictures of my hair before and after using their product because the paper with the email address was mailed back to them by mistake. I was given a email address in which that email was the wrong address. I contract the company again to get the right email and I was given the wrong email again. I then contact the company in trying to get the right email and I was given a email address that did not kick back but it was not the right address. I did not know that it was the wrong address until they sent me a letter stating that I did not submit proof of purchase and pictures of my hair before and after the use of their product and that my complaint was closed out. I called the company and the person who takes the complaints for the company Ms. S[redacted] stated that I will need to email them because they already sent out a letter regarding my matter. I have been email mailing them for several of month now and I have not heard anything from the yet regarding my last email I sent them. I did receive a respond from one for my email stating that I was going to get a lawyer and they replied that they get some many complaints that they are going through each one and for me to be patient. When I first contact the company about my complaint Ms. S[redacted] stated that the company will mail me a check out for my hair lost. I have been patient and my email are not getting address so that is why I would like to file a complaint with Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to accept my complaint about my hair lost so I can be monetary compensation for my hair lost that they give out to consumers who have this compliant. I have research other complaints on Dr. Miracle's and I am not the only one who hair failed out after using their product. My hair failed out in the same places as other consumers who used Dr. Miracle's product that date back to 2011. My hair is still damage form using their product in which it has not grown back in some places. I am looking for justice.

Review: I have been using the nape and temple balm for quite some time now hoping that it will promote hair growth around my edges. After combining it with other oils, and not seeing results, I began to use it by itself which has turned out to be a horrible mistake. My edges are now thinner than ever and will probably continue to be due to the constant flaking and itching which I cannot stop rubbing away at. After looking this product up online to see if any other women have had the same reaction to the nape and temple balm, I was angry at myself for not doing my research ahead of time. I found that the large flakes which I excused to be dandruff were most likely my pieces of my scalp being fried do to this tingly feeling which Dr.Miracle's describes at the "feel it work" feeling.

I have tried to at least return the Dr. Miracles Nape and Temple balm and purchase a product that can now heal my scalp due to damage done by using this product. Unfortunately I cannot do that because although the products are in their original packaging, I don't have receipts anymore.Desired Settlement: I ask for this consumer complaint to be resolved and for Dr. Miracles to do their own research on what their customers have to say about this product in particular. I have used other Dr. Miracles products that worked great but the effects of this balm has changed by outlook on the entire brand. I would hate for other current and potential consumers to feel the same way I do and not have a chance to experience your products that can be beneficial.

Review: MY HAIR HAS FALLEN OUT. IM SURPRISED I HAVE ANY LEFT. I CAN SHOW YOU HOW LONG AND HEALTHY MY HAIR WAS AND I PUT THE NO LYE RELAXER IN IT BY DR."MIRACLE" AND MY HAIR JUST STARTED FALLING OUT OH I FELT THE TINGLING THE BOX SAYS YOU WILL FEEL I LEFT IT IN FOR MAYBE A MINUTE AND SAW MY HAIR CURLING AND FRYING IN FRONT OF MY EYES. WHEN I RINSED IT CLUMPS OF MAY HAIR FELL OUT AND NOW ITS SHOULDER LENGTH. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. HOW DO YOU REPLACE SOMEONES HAIR!!!!!!Desired Settlement: I THINK YOU SHOULD BUY ME EXTENSIONS UNTIL MY HAIR FULLY GROWS BACK TO THE LENGTH IT WAS. Review: On Wednesday, November [redacted], I purchased your Dr. Miracle No-Lye Relaxer Super. Since June of 2013, I have not had a perm in my hair because I wanted my hair to grow out and be healthier. In the month of September, I purchased Shea Moisture Color Kit and used it with no problems. I have been washing and conditioning my hair with the Shea Moisture products. I have not used any sulfate products on my hair since that time. After my hair had at least about 3 inches of new growth and reached below my shoulders when I flat ironed it, I decided it was time to perm it.

Once I started the perm, the strain test was fine, I used a small area from the corner of the right back side corner of my hair for about 5 minutes. So I parted my hair in the four parts and started with the back right side. By the time I finished the front left side, I went back to the back to check because I just wanted the new growth to straighten out a little bit so the relaxer was on now for about 10 mins. Then I noticed that pieces of my hair came out on my hand, so I ran to the shower to rinse the perm out and saw lots of my hair falling into the bottom of the shower. After 20 mins of rinsing just about all my hair except for a small amount on the left front side was in the bottom of the shower. I felt like and looked like a fool. I was terrified for my fiancee to see it so I hid in the bathroom for 2 hours crying, until I did not have a choice but to come out. At first he said it was not bad but when he looked at the right side of my head his face told me it was bad. All I could think of was that we can't get married in May with me not have any hair.

So after I calmed down I took pictures of the hair in the shower, my hair when it was wet and pictures after I dried it. It looked so bad I could not leave the house to attend the family Thanksgiving dinner the next day. So I stayed in the house until Saturday morning when he took me to get a haircut at [redacted] in Warner Robins GA. I did not want to go to our local barbershops because Fort Valley is such a small town that everyone would see my head or know about it by the end of the day.

So Matt, the barber checked my scalp for damage after I told him what happened and informed me because the sides were almost bald he had to cut it really low so you could not see the bald spots. Then he evened out my entire head. So I stayed in the house the rest of Saturday, Sunday and it is now Monday and I was able to call again after leaving a voicemail Wednesday night and an email.

She said to write how I feel. Well, I guess I feel ugly, I once told my fiancee that women with [redacted] has such a hard time adjusting because they lose the 2 things that physically distinguish them from a man on the street is their hair and breast. Losing anyone of them is devastating. I knew the concept before now I know the feeling of hopelessness.

This is the information that was sent to this company. I received a couple of emails from them. Then I received a claim form to feel out and send back. I did so and have not heard anything back from them. I have sent several emails since then and left messages on the answering machine(because they do not answer their phone) for the past 2 years. I am now frustrated about the service received from this company after they ruined my life.Desired Settlement: and compensation for pain and suffering. I have had to wear hats, weave and other coverings because of hair loss on one side and the itching and redness on the back scalp.
