On May 18, I renewed my insurance policy a few day earlier from my due date of May I renewed with agent Andrea, who quoted me a price of $a month for next months, with a $down payment I was stated that my receipt and ID cards will come to my email and my policy would come within two weeks A week later I called because I didn't receive my receipt or ID cards in my email as was previously stated I requested the ID cards appears with all three drivers names as I have always received I received the ID card by email with one name only appearing on the cardA few days later I received a bill with my payment date of June 18th and the amount was changed to a different amount of what agent Andrea quoted to me and stated it wouldn't change I called agent Andrea the next week June 8, explaining how my date changed from May to the 18th, the ID cards not having the three drivers names on card, and the payment amount of $ she quoted me, cha
I called myself three times to cancel my policies over the phoneWhen I called, I was interrogated, condescended to, and my privacy was invaded with questions like "why specifically are you cancelling? What is your new company charging you? What coverages did you pick? What kind of insurance are you getting? Where are they located? What is the phone number?" non-stop until I was transferred to a manager, who merely continued the interrogation and REFUSED to cancel my policies until I stepped in face-to-faceI have faxed cancellation requests from my new insurance agency's office, I have called them a fourth time with my insurance agent on the line to help me not be bullied, and I have mailed three (3) letters to all locations of this company to request cancellationEvery time I fax, they tell me I have to call to cancelEvery time I call, they tell me I have to mail a letterWhen I mail a letter, they tell me I have to come in personI have been trying to cancel this policy since March 21st, It is now April 12, and my policy is still not cancelled and they will not honor my requestThis has been the worst experience of my life with insurance
