[The service I have received from this practice is horrendous, I could not drive to the appointment and was still in pain along with being financially handcuffed by the car rental company, I just moved and have no current PCP as I explained to his staff more than onceThey dont care about a patient and after the way I was treated initially would never want to go for a follow up from this doctorThey did not give me the MD note as promised in the ER as I had just been in a fairly serious accident and just wanted to go home and restThey would not do so until I came to the office and paid for a follow up visit (out of my own pocket)If they refuse to do anything about this then please place a rating of unstaisfactory for this practice DrKahn and his staff are bad examples of medical doctor and practiceI have never been treated so rudely and had such a blatant disregard for my health and well being.

April 29, 2014To Whom It May Concern,This is in response to **. [redacted] claims. Once again this gentleman is contradicting himself. Now he is blaming car insurance and [redacted] Trauma Center as well. **. Deas has never been to this office. He was treated by highly qualified doctors, nurses and staff members of [redacted] Trauma Center. He has written such derogatory remarks about that facility and the staff there which are quite unacceptable. They have been serving the community for many years and is nationally recognized as very efficient Trauma Center. In his initial claim he stated that he was ready to return to work but now he is saying that he was in pain which makes it quite clear that no document was going to be signed stating that patient is ready to return to work. As mentioned in our earlier response, that in medical profession one has to go by medical records documentation which in **. [redacted] case clearly shows that patient is advised to return to the office in one weeks time for follow up evaluation. He was never told that the payment is due upfront. We had submitted the bills to his insurance. The final point I want to make clear here is that no staff member in this office is going to sign any documentation stating that patient is ready to return to work as it was required in the paperwork that **. [redacted] had faxed to our office, when the doctor has not cleared the patient for work. Such decision involves patients health which is the priority for the doctor. Once again Dr. Khan had advised patient to see him in the office for follow up evaluation.Should you have any question, don't hesitate to call me at the number given above but I would like to close this chapter here because decisions of medical facilities involve patients health not he said or she said.

To Whom It May Concern,This is response to your letter regarding complaint [redacted]. **. [redacted] was treated at [redacted] Hospitals Trauma Center after being involved in motor vehicle accident. His complaint is completely incorrect. At the time of discharge,...

according to the medical records, he was advised to follow up with Dr. Khan in one week which he failed to do. This is contradictory to his claim that he was given OK to return to work. **. [redacted] is saying that he was ready to return to work but according to the documentation in his file he called on the morning of 11/22/13 requesting pain medication, saying that he is still hurting. He was advised to return to the ER if he is in lot of pain, he will be evaluated by the physician there to determine the reason for pain. He was advised to call the office for follow up appointment.Patient made an appointment for 12/4/13 (3, 3:30 pm and on the day of appointment he called at 11:18 am to cancel it.Contradictory to patients claim that his paper work was lost, all the documents are in the file. The application which he wanted faxed back to him is filled out except the return to work date and restrictions.Patient was clearly told that the claim for office visit will be sent to his insurance. Contradictory to his claim that the bills were paid already, we received payment on /7/14 and the check is dated /214.In short this complaint is baseless because in the field of medicine, he said and she said, is not acceptable. We have to go by the documentation and medical records and per the medical records **. [redacted] was advised to follow up with the doctor in a week after the discharge from trauma center.Should you have any question, please feel free to contact the office at the number given above. Thanks
