Please forward copies of the email you’ve been receiving to ***. That will allow us to identify the customer from which you are receiving email. We will work with the customer to improve their opt-out practices and remove your address from all future mailings from that
customer. If you do not have any of the messages you’ve been receiving, we can email you directly with a list of customer accounts for you to choose from which accounts you would like to be removed

The end result that I want for me is that they stop contacting me.  This is not the first time I have had this issue with bluehornet.  So where this may be fixed for a short period of time, I would hope they would change their process so this would not happen to people in the future....

 Since I can include attachments here, I am including attachments.  I received one email last night.  I have already received 5 emails today.  These are all about loans!  I don't want a loan.  I know it is them by looking at the headers.  The headers give me the ip address and the server name the emails are coming from.  I have put the server name and ip address of the last email received in red and bolded.  The header is as follows:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.  However, I do want to state that this is not my first complaint against Blue Hornet.  They seem to do mailings that they do not control properly.  I hope they will be more diligent in the future.
