Hello Ms***,We issued your Visa card ending in *** on the day of the email that we sent you on December 4th, 2017. I emailed you our credit receipts as well on this day. I'm surprised to hear that you have not received the credits. Have you contacted your bank in regards to the credits? After receiving this message I have checked our merchant processor portal and can verify that the credit was processed on December 4th and funded on December 6th. adjustments: I have credited back the extra charge of $121.08 from the first night and I have also credited back the taxes charged for the second night since you completed a tax exemption form.  I have attached the receipts to this email for your convenience. Also, the $15 dollar charge you are seeing is a temporary pending authorization and it will drop off your credit card charges as it was not an actual charge. In regards to the restroom, we have taken note of this and we greatly appreciate your feedback. Again, my sincerest apologies in regards to this mishap.   I have attached the credit receipts and email chain copy for your reference. Thank you,
