I am in receipt of *** ***'s complaint and I am very sorry to hear there was confusion on his part concerning my fee policy for all patients in my practiceApparently, although *** *** signed a
standard fee policy statement, which requires full payment for missed sessions without sufficient notice, in order to resolve this matter amicably, I will accept the $offered by *** *** as payment in fullI trust my response will settle this matter completely including informing my collection agency the balance on this account is now zero

Review: Aside from providing utterly terrible service, this so-called doctor is attempting to bill me $200 for a missed appointment, despite the fact that I called well in advance to cancel a scheduled appointment. Co-pays for appointments were only about $30. I offered to pay the co-pay for the missed appointment, but [redacted] instead billed me $200. Even if I had attended my appointment, [redacted] surely would not have received as much as $200 from my insurance company. This doctor, who was supposed to help her patient, instead is trying to rip me off and has forwarded this matter to a collection agency. She is in breach of her ethical obligations and, presumably, her contracted obligations with my insurance carrier.Desired Settlement: I will pay what I would have paid had I attended my appointment: $30. [redacted] will respond in writing that I have no balance, with a copy to her collection agency.
