Original Repair was Not Comprehensive Enough: Resulted in second repair for power issues. Said explicitly that fan was likely involved during the first repair, but fan was not repaired, and had to be fixed in second repair.
Repair Has Resulted in Additional Problems: Original problem was power issue, now computer cannot restart properly.
Overcharged: Paid $247.65 for $167.98 worth of RAM (http://www.crucial.com/store/listparts.aspx?model=G73SW). Note: This is the retail price. Overpaid by 79.67. The last two repairs were supposed to be free of cost outside of the cost of the RAM.
Additional Repair Cost Required: Must seek out another company to re-install/replace RAM.
