Dr Patricia Lynch, DMD

Review: I received dental services from Dr. Lynch on two occasions in October 2013. I had fillings and a chipped tooth repaired. I paid my co-payments at the time of service. Dr. Lynch's office never provided me with a breakdown of costs or an estimate of costs in advance. In March 2014, I received a call and letter from Dr. Lynch's office that my insurance did not cover $720 of the more than $2,000 in charges (due to a limit of $1,500). Dr. Lynch both failed to inform me of the amount she was charging me for the services at the time of service. Had I known the expenses were approaching anywhere close to my limit of $1,500, I would have declined the services.Desired Settlement: Removal or reduction of the outstanding balance.
