Dr. Russell is a wonderful dental professional. He is kind, gentle, and makes even the most dreaded dental procedures tolerable. I have been a patient for over 10 years and recommend him on a regular basis, especially to those that haven't been to a dentist in a long time and are scared. Dr. Russell is respectful and never embarrasses patients (which is fairly common for folks with major dental issues or those who have neglected their routine care) and is a hidden gem in the Roanoke Valley.
