Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 11, 2015/07/05) */ I just recieved notice of this complaint from [redacted] The Revdex.com had a completely erroneous email address and should have contacted me by phone or letter soonerIn any event, Revdex.com aside, I am distressed to hear that [redacted] feels like I should not have charged himI would not want a small charge like $to place a burden on [redacted] as he is a nice manI would be glad to refund this to [redacted] , but, I most distressed that he never said anything to me when I repaired his denture for him that he felt like I should have done it for freeI am always glad to work with people, but, when they say nothing to me and then chose to complain with the Revdex.com it is very hard to understand why [redacted] has been the beneficiary of a lot of discounts in my office, and the last time he was charged to replace a broken tooth on his denture it was only what the dental lab charged me, I made nothing on it, and furthermore, I got [redacted] in immediately to do a same day repair for himSo, [redacted] will get reimbursed for this expense he feels is unjustified, but he needs to speak up in the future and say something at the time the work is done if there is a quibble about the costI cannot guarantee the work a lab does, and that is why I tried to meet [redacted] halfway and to the repair just for cost onlyApparently, [redacted] felt otherwise and chose to say nothing to me, then complain to the Revdex.com on a later dateI wish [redacted] the best

not have charged him. I would not want a small charge like $105 to place a burden on [redacted] as he is a nice man.
