Worst experience I have ever had while visiting a doctor's office Was basically turned away without being treated Made an appointment several weeks prior and provided insurance info On date of visit, insurance was rejected and was advised that I would have to pay in advance or would not be seen Contacted insurance carrier, who lists Brooks as a provider, and was advised that there wasn't anything wrong with insurance and they would gladly speak with staff Staff refused to speak with carrier agent Carrier also sent an email confirming coverage which staff refused to review Mindboggling experience Researcher this office on-line after departing and discovered that others have had similar experiences with this office Not sure if this is some kind of medical scam or incompetence Either way, I do not recommend this practice for medical services
