I hired this company to redo my driveway. They provided me with a 10 year guarantee. When they finished, after the first rain, there are still large areas of my driveway that collect water. I spoke to the prinicpal numerous times, sent him pictures of the problem, and he promised to come over and take a look. He has made many appointments, but never shown up. I told him if he missed the next appointment, yesterday, I would contact the Revdex.com.

Repair My driveway will be fixed so that it no longer a catchbasin for rain.
I was going over but I had family problems I had to to attend in New York was emergency I will take a look within the next week and fix it I do apologize.

He has said he will be over within the next week. That is what he has said before. Until he talks with me, I will not be satisfied. I will happily give him a week to contact me and show up. I will keep you informed about what happens.

As I explained before, I cannot accept the proposed resolution until I actually speak to the principal. I do not mind giving him a week to get back to me, but until I speak with him, I cannot say I accept his proposal.
