Selected this contractor based on positive online reviews and to give business to a local contractor in my town Called for a simple seal coat job I received a quick response back to my request with a price quote and a willingness to jump right on it Great experience to that point Scheduled the job for the Friday or Saturday before labor day, whatever was more convenient for the contractor D&R never showed up as promised Waited a few days and called the following week to see if they still wanted the business The owner apologized for missing the job and assured me my job would be "moved to the top" to be done this past Saturday No show and no call again Very surprised based on the online reviews Will have to find a new contractor that wants the business

Unhappy with the Driveway they installed first problem we had is they had to come back 3 times to fix water from laying in the middle of the driveway and now 3 years later we now have sink holes contacted [redacted] the owner to come out to see it he first said he would fix the holes he then blew us off that year ( saying is was backed up ) and he would take care of us the following spring. Showed up and didn't want to fix it Without charging us This driveway is such a bad job.

We live in Chester NJ, we requested they come by a look at our driveway which needs to be sealed but there are other issues like depression in some spots. Someone in D & R made an appointment for a specific time but never showed up and didn't even have the courtesy to call!

I had my driveway paved by D&R Paving in August 2015. There was no owner or supervisor on my job. As a matter of fact the crew had 3 jobs that day and they couldn't get my job done fast enough. When I asked about the ramp the owner told me he would put in, the crew said that everything was on the truck and they would come back. I called and texted the owner 3 times and he kept telling me he would come back. Now it's December and no one has called or come back to fix the problem. The job was also done very sloppy. Piles of dirt were left, the grass was torn up and garbage was left in the bushes. Their price may be good, but you get what you pay for. Terrible service. I would not recommend D&R Paving to anyone.
