Dr. Perry Jeffries, DDS

Review: If I had gone here and saw they had an F we would have never gone! They left us waitin 1 1/2 hrs at both our visits. The assistant informed dr jeffries we had been waiting where he publicly scolded her for his mistake! Very unprofessional! Then finally I different female dentist comes in who is very rude! She ask if my 2 yr old tooth had been hurting and u said I wasn't sure if it was hurting him (since he is 2 and has limited vocab) and she then further insulted me asking well who does he live with?! obviously me! I said that I am not sure I can't tell abd she smartly said so it doesn't hurt! The assistant said some dentist would let me hold him then she comes in and says absolutely not he has to be strapped to a board and then when I agreed if he had to it was ok but she kept condescendingly saying ok? He cried until he literally vomited! And they still left him strapped down I lift the whole board up myselbsf so he didn't choke! She pressured me i.to getting mysons tooth pulled vs cappedi nsisting he would probably get and absesed and then since it was the mpst traumatizing experience of both his and mines life! We decided to wait to get the other one rempved butthere next apt is 3 mos away! They called to reschedule this apt becuase of snow abd told me there next apointment was 2 mos away when I already waited 2 mos for this one after insisting they work us in they said they could see him 2 days after the original apt..so why did you tell me your next apt is in 2 months?? We discussed putting my son to sleep for the next one since he won't be going through that again and they said they didn't know the cost and would call me. they never called I called was told he'd be in wasn't called sat said he'd be in mon and got a call from a rude lil front desk girl telling me he wasn't in on mon and she doesn't think he will do the anastectic that he already agreed to due since it was such a simple procedure I told her we just had it done and it was far from simple. why is someone untrained givin advicDesired Settlement: Id one like the receptionist giving medical advice and telling me she will be advising the dr when she is not a dr fired! Also this business should not be operating and certainly not on children!! Ill be driving an hour and a half away from here on out to the only other pediatric dentist in my area. I am disgust edwith this dentist office I just would like some peace of mind that they are being handle and won't continue to operate like this! God only knows if I hadn'been back there with him!!
