This letter is in response to the complaint that was filed against mycompanyThe billing department has concluded that the insurance did not payall of the procedures that were performed during the operative periodThisinformation was given to the patient on March 22, during a telephonecall that he made to our officeWe informed him that the claim was stillpending with his insurance on the unpaid codes and that until the claimprocessed we would not be able to submit a refund requestAlso we did lethim know to contact our office back to check the status if those unpaid codeswere processedAs of June 21, the codes did not process for paymentand is currently being appealed with the insurance companyUntil all codeshave been correctly processed and paid by the insurance we will be unable tosubmit for a refund request at this timeAt no point of contact between mybilling department and the patient was he informed that he would receive arefundHe may contact our office during business hours to follow upon the appeal with his insurance

As of June 21, 2016 the codes did not process for paymentand is currently being appealed with the insurance company. He may contact our office during normal business hours to follow upon the appeal with his insurance.
