After research there is no way this happened and no way is this true this is harassment

How is this guy still getting away with this ***? Chris D. is an A1 scammer. Be extra careful if you're a woman or senior citizen. I have no idea how this guy sleeps at night. He tried to scam me out of $22,000 for a $3,500 job by trying to intimidate and scare me. Horrible horrible person. He wouldn't look at the job without a credit card number. He wanted $465 to come out because it was an emergency. The fee would be deducted from the final bill. When I didn't hire him for the ridiculous 22K, he went ahead and charged my credit card $1,395 since he already had the number. He wanted me to pay for his travel time too! The only "work" he did was smash the cover off of a pipe which was unnecessary. I had to pay for someone else later to repair it. He was trying to force me to hire him.
BEWARE of this guy!
Chris, I will warn people forever about you. All those positive fake reviews you write are obvious.

Your job was placed into a bidding war and we lost , thank you for considering us

I also found this business on ***.
Was quoted a price of $3,800 for a $1500 simple drain line replacement after a cursory inspection of the problem by the contractor.
I have no doubt that the fact I am a elderly homeowner played a part in this.
I wasn't born yesterday, passed on these artists and went with a reputable plumber who happens to be Revdex.com approved and quoted $1300 for a more complete job.
Do your homework, neighbors!

what did you call us for again ? yeah ok

I had a new gas furnace installed last October. It worked fine all winter until last April when we needed heat. An electrician checked and found that the problem was not electrical. The furnace refuses to start. I tried resetting the switch. Nothing works. After numerous phone calls I finally arranged to have him come on a Monday morning. When he didn’t show, we rescheduled for a Friday morning. Again no one showed up. He refuses to return anymore phone calls.

After a big misunderstanding of whether it was an electrical issue or a plumbing issue after further conversation we went out to *** and verified it was an electrical issue he had spilled some laundry soap over the fuse which caused new boiler to trip breaker due to breaker getting wet by laundry detergent spill after boiler tested ok and *** was happy after it was not something we caused thru faulty installation

Everything has been fine since. I’m very pleased.

In the sweltering heat of summer, our air conditioner failed. We looked up a company to come repair it on the website ***, now known as ***. We found Plumber Doctor, who had a number of 5 star reviews from disparate locations. When the arrived, they did not have the type of short ladder needed to access the fan and heat exchanger(!), so they went to *** to buy one. Upon return, they saw how inaccessible the unit was, sitting behind a joist in the attic crawl space. They formulated a price of $750 to fix it, which I agreed to after some hesitation. I knew that in the heat of summer, prices would be higher, but I thought that if it gets fixed, at least I'll have AC again. All he ended up doing was replace a capacitor, and the air filter (a $5 item), and gave the compressor outside the house a shot of freon, but the unit still did not work properly. He said that was all he could do; the unit must be replaced, and he could replace both the inside and outside units for about $9800. And that he would roll the price of his visit into that total cost. I said, you've only been here a short while (2-3 hours including travel time to ***). Wouldn't it be fairer to reduce the fee for this job since you didn't fix it and the time spent was so short? He replied, "I quoted a fee for the job, not an hourly rate." I feel taken advantage of, because he didn't accomplish what he was tasked to do, which was to fix the AC. Surely a partial refund is in order, say of $350. As a last insult, he drilled a hole in the joist just large enough to get a screwdriver into the door of the housing, so he could get at the capacitor, and left wood shavings on the floor of my closet, which I had to clean up.

We gave the customer a few options and also explained it was a risk to try to repair a 40 year old system we tried a band aide approach and it was a lot of labor that was the main problem we did try to resolve by offering a $100 back but were declined on offer.
