D&R plumbing contacted me yesterday and we came to an agreement on what he will do for me in order for this complaint to be closedHe agreed to come back and install the gas valve free of chargeHe indicated that was the plan and he felt that I
misunderstood his commentsHe also indicated that he had some family issues to deal with and that was the reason for it retuning my calls

I just called and left message with homeowner and I did leave my comments on the Google and Yelp as I was not rude until the gentleman that got on the phone and was very demanding and wanted the service to be done right away I have told everyone that I was willing to come out the next day and
I am still willing to come out and have this looked at and that the toilet pulled and new seal installed at no charge But I am asking for a call back from the homeowner or someone with authority that can get me access so that this can be looked into and fixed right away. Please call me @ (309) 275- I have always been willing to come out and have this looked into and did not leave any sexist remarks on my comments - I just take my business serious and did no appreciate the tenants being rude and demanding at first, When all I asked was that I was on an emergency job and would be out the next day in the morning and have left messages for them to call me back and they have yet or the owner has yet to call me back I can not do anything if no one calls me back Hope to hear from someone soon so that we can get this looked into further and fixed as soon as possible. We hired D&R Plumbing Inc to repair and replace pipes under our kitchen sink. Repairs were not done correctly and had to be redone by another plumber
We had a leak under our kitchen sink. We contacted D&R Plumbing, Heating & Air, Inc. to repair the leak. They came to repair the leak on November 14, 2013.They completely replaced all the pies and redid the pluming under the sink and charged us $265.

About 4 weeks later, we noticed water under our sink again. We contacted D&R and they came out on December 19, 2013. They said that our garbage disposal caused vibrations and loosened the pipes, causing the leak. They said I would have to tighten the sink every few days. I told them that our garbage disposal never caused our pipes to loosen and leak before they were repaired and we had the same plumbing for over 12 years. They insisted this was the cause of the pipes coming loose and said they would charge us for any more visits.

Two days later, the entire kitchen was flooded. Two of the pipes (different from the pipes that came loose 2 days earlier) came completely apart. There was a visible gap between the 2 main pipes coming from the right sink basin. We contacted D&R and they came out and put the pipes back together again. They again said the garbage disposal caused the pipes to come apart. We informed him that we had not used the garbage disposal since they had been there two days previous. Again, they said they would charge us if they had to come back out again.

Even though our garbage disposal was working fine, we purchased a new garbage disposal from Lowes and it was installed by [redacted] (from Bloomington, IL) on December 31, 2013. We explained to the new plumber why we purchased a new disposal because D&R was claiming it was loosening the pipes when we used it. This plumber inspected the pipes and said the repair was inadequately done. The length of pipe used was not of sufficient length to ensure that the pipe would not slip down and cause a gap. Therefore, the repair job was not done properly. This plumber had to replace their pipe with a proper pipe. He redid pipes from the sink basket to the trap pipe. And since that repair, we have had no issues with leaks.

We contacted D&R Plumbing on January 2nd 2014 to inform them that their work had to be redone by another plumber. They thanked us for the information but did not offer to refund our money.
