Asked for a refund back in January 2019 was I would receive it but as of yet know refund. The lender has been working with me in this process.
In December 2018 I went for the initial consultation to pristine Smiles of Rockwall and I spoke with dr. Prashant kaushik and was told that we were going to try to get the dealing work done and we had a set goal of February 14th I called numerous times to schedule an appointment I was told all the time that I was not in the computer they could not find me in the computer they did not know who I was I made many of attempts to contact them during that time to the point to where I wasn't my phone calls were not being returned so I then turn to the lender to let them know what was going on that I wasn't getting any cooperation with the dental office and that I wanted to cancel the services they begin to work with me back in January and they were talkin with the dental office and was told that I would receive a refund they did not hear back from them until the end of May which I believe around May 27th or 28th is when they received word from them that they're not going to give the refund I then later heard from them from them that I will be receiving a refund that they were Under New Management and that Karla Garcia was my point of contact and that she told me that I will receive the refund it was going to upper management and that I will be receiving a refund I knew Mrs on numerous occasions have asked for email stating that so that I can send it to the lender so that they were aware that the process has been started and that upper management is handling it I have yet to receive the email and my calls have now been forwarded to their voicemail and they're no longer receiving my phone calls

Desired Outcome

Full refund back to the lender.

This complaint is filed, since I DO NOT know what to do that I havent done already. I paid for a consultation with Dr. Kaushik back in March. He gave me an estimate and I brought this to his billing dept. She had me apply to Synchrony finance. I thought about this proceedure for a couple of days, and decided it was too expensive-called cancelled my next appointment. Thought that was that, until I received a Credit Card bill from Synchrony. I was charged $1000 for absolutely NOTHING. Called the dentist office-spoke with the billing agent-which she told me she would have to wait for next billing cycle and it should be cleared up by then. I continued to get harrassing phone calls from Synchrony, which tells me the billing agent for Dr. Kaushik DIDNT return their money!! I finally spoke to an agent at Synchrony told them again - I had no work done by this business-their billing clerk must of filed for services THAT HAD NEVER BEEN RENDERED and she hadnt reversed charges!! I filed a complaint with Synchrony bank, but they came back where the Dentist CHARGED me again for the initial consultation ($450)(which I HAD paid already PAID FOR) and Synchrony bank charged me $150 for NOTHING....I cant seem to get this resolved! I should not owe anything for services I did not have done! Thank you

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment I just want ALL charges to be reduced to ($0) ZERO...I had NOTHING done-there SHOULDNT EVEN BE A CHARGE to begin with....I should NOT owe this dentist one red dime & the credit card company shouldnt be contacting me whatsoever ....QUIT ALL THE HARASSING!

I understand the patients concern. We swiftly
refunded the 1000 dollars via Care credit as thethe patient did not want to proceed with treatment. I personally called the patient on the week of September 10, 2018 to leave my personal cell number so she could address her concerns and questions to me personally.

We are here to resolve this unfortunate situation.

I ONLY wanted this bill to be nullified. To realize I didn't have any services performed by him to EVEN get a bill....He said he would remove the charges off of the credit card-and I do hope that would be any additional charges the credit card company may have added on, due to the delinquency of this bill. Also any "bad" reports to the credit bureau.... I DO NOT NEED BAD CREDIT....in the future when a customer calls-have their interest met, and not get stuck with their credit manager.
